See from morning when we wake up to till we go into the bed in night we think lot of thing in our mind..,every feeling which we created is connected to our health...yes you read right....our every feeling is related to our health...
E.g...See.,there are some low time in our life when we take tensions..,Tensions is feeling which we created when something happened in our life..,When level of tensions increases day by day then it converted into Hypertension...Hypertension is another of High blood pressure...There are lot of people in this world who suffer from high blood pressure right now....They take lot of tablets to cure high blood pressure..,but did they ever focus on their feeling of tensions..?? If they focus on why they take tensions and try to reduce feeling of tensions then automatically they are in stage when they out of Hypertension..And even they don't need to take tablets..this is really true...this is one example of how our feeling is related to our health...
Feeling of anxiety is also directly related to our health..,I know one person who created feeling of Anxiety so much that stone developed in his stomach...he is unable to eat and all..Situation went worse day by day...Doctors even declared he die within some month...This person then wrote down reason of his Anxiety..,This person started reduce his feeling of Anxiety..And one day he finally achieved milestone..He was out of feeling of Anxiety..,So also he is able to eat and drink...He made doctors declaration false and ofcourse he lives very happily after that...Did you notice one thing here Feeling of Anxiety is directly related to our health...If we overcome Anxiety Then we also overcome illness right..?😊
Fear is also feeling which we created and this feeling of fear is also directly related to our health...
I know one person who had problem of frequent urination..Her reason of frequent urination is She created feeling of Fear So much...when She overcome her fear then automatically she also overcome her problem of frequent urination...
See how our every feeling is directly related to our health...
Fear is also feeling which we created and this feeling don't allow us to do things which we want....We are unable to do lot of things in our life just because of fear...
E.g..Swimming is difficult for one person which is easy for another person, Similarly Driving is easy for some Person which is difficult for another person...Also Dancing is easy for some person which is difficult for another person so on and so forth...
List is very big..Something is easy for one person which is difficult for another person...
There is only one feeling of Fear which don't allow to do the things..If we overcome fear then nothing is impossible right..?😊
Our feeling of Anxiety, Tensions,Stress, fear all these directly related to our health....If we overcome our these feelings then automatically we also overcome our illness which is connected to these feelings...
